There are 7 categories you can enter. Enter as many as you feel your business is eligible for. Click on each award to find out more about the criteria, entry questions and judging.

There will be up to four Finalists in each Category.
All Category Finalists are then eligible for the People’s Choice Award and all of the 7 main Category Winners are eligible for Network NZ Business of the Year Supreme Award.

Eligibility
Inclusive Business Awards
The Network NZ Business Awards are open to all business owners within New Zealand. There is no requirement to be a member of Network NZ and no preference will be given to members vs non-members.
Anyone with a New Zealand based business can enter regardless of whether your business is full time or part time, or whether you are working on your own or employ staff. You can be a Sole Trader, Partnership, Company, NFP or Charity.
Your business must have been trading, as any business structure, for at least 1 year to be eligible to enter.
How To Enter
Simple Entry Process
- Go to the Enter page
- Pay the $100+gst entry fee. – payable once per business, and you can enter for as many categories as you feel appropriate for your business (If you feel you cannot afford the entry fee, apply for a sponsored entry here thanks to Network NZ & The Common)
- You will then get access to the online entry forms
- Complete one entry per category that you wish to enter
- Submit your entry by 8pm 30th June 2019
- Your feedback will be provided to you by the end of August 2019
How Judging Works
A Panel of Amazing Judges
The judging will be conducted by nominated persons from our sponsors, Network NZ Leader Panel, and a panel of business coaches. Each entry will be judged by 3 randomly selected judges from the pool judges. The judges will provide feedback on every entry which will be sent to you following the judging process.
Our judges will be following strict judging criteria to ensure all entries are judged fairly and Mandy Chamberlin and Candice Baker, the Directors of the Network NZ will be overseeing the judging process. Each judge will not take part in assessing any entry where there may be a personal or professional conflict of interest.
Once all entries have been received, the judges will narrow down the entries to the top 4 finalists for each category. If a category has less than 4 entries, they will automatically be finalists.
